In mostly African Moslem countries, men and women are circumcised. For women this varies, mainly removal of anything or everything - lips/clit/clit hood. Men’s circumcision procedures are the same all over the world (removal of only the foreskin).
So male and female circumcision is not the same, western society is now calling female circumcision as female mutilation (I agree, it’s not true circumcision)
If you know any medical anatomy you should know that a man’s cock head is the same as a woman’s clitoris head, they both normally have a skin covering it. The man’s skin is called a foreskin, the woman’s skin is usually called a hood.
Removal of a man’s foreskin is the same as removing a woman’s clitoris hood. For a man it’s called circumcision, for a woman its called hoodectomy.
