za schlemmerschnitte : You might want to try a 'grommet' (is what I call them) which you fold longways, tie it around with floss to hold it tight then when you insert it into the tip of your pisshole, pull on the floss and it will unravel opening up inside your pisshole sealing against your inner urethral walls.
